Product Guidance
Handmade products, which are painted manually can cause stains, scratches, and fine bubbles. These are the natural features of manual process which are NOT a reason for exchange or return.
Due to the fragile nature of the product, you cannot exchange or refund products due to simple changes after receiving the product. Exchanges and refunds for defective products can only be completed within 7 days of receipt of the product on the record with no damage on both the product and packaging.
